I like a plain toe oxford. These are that, with the addition that they are as sturdy as a work boot, with a thicker, deeper lug sole. I am on my feet all day selling sporting goods and/or hardware, and they are comfortable and the simple style blends in. I buy them two pairs at a time, using the first for work, and the second for casual wear. I'll go through the work pair in about a year of hard use, then rotate the second into the first's spot, etc.
I walk a lot during may daily work activities. I was happy with the shoes from a prior purchase and was please with them. This order was a repeat order.
