Uncomfortable heel cuff

Had bought these at discount store, but heel cuff on one was flattened, but I liked the shoe! So ordered 2 pair here in 2 sizes, hoping for better fit. Both had this weird thing with the cuff where I wasn't sure if my foot was supposed to be inside , but it was terribly uncomfortable on top. In the larger size, they shoe flopped when I walked like an actual flip-flop. Sent both pairs back.

I wear these shoes on cool mornings with slouchy jeans & a nice long length sweater. The shoes feel wonderful on your feet. They are soft, warm, and fuzzy on cold winter mornings. They are easy to slip off or on so it makes running to the local store both comfortable & quick. They really feel like slipping into your fuzzy house shoes, but upgraded to stylish shoes with a well made soul!!

Love them! They are exactly what I wanted! I LOVE Skechers.
I usually go straight from my Skechers sandals to my low Skechers boots. I only wear shoes when I absolutely must. I love to live in my Skechers! I have high Skechers for when the snow gets too deep for my favorites & I need to dig out my car, LOL.
