As stated in the headline, you just can't go wrong with the classics. Always and forever timeless. So I this will be my first pair that I've ordered online. I took my measurements as instructed and ordered what I thought would be the right size(9.5 men's). They were way too big. I contacted customer support, I asked for an exchange for a half size smaller, they gave me a return shipping label, I shipped them back and the smaller size will be here tomorrow. Although it's kind of a bummer not having the instant gratification of being able to wear my new shoes right away the return/exchange process was fast and easy. I honestly have no complaints. The whole thing maybe took a week or two as the parcel service near me doesn't move on weekends. I'm impressed and will definitely order again. I'll provide an update when they arrive. Finally, a wide that works!

I went with the wide on these, because I have WW/D width feet, and when I tried the regular width shoes they were pinching across the top and in the toe. The wides are perfect! One note: if you normally wear a wide shoe in other brands, go down a half-size from your regular size to get the right fit here.
