I've been wanting the CLASSIC all white All Stars for years and they have not disappointed! I wear them with almost everything because they go with everything! I'm super happy because the regular fit is a little narrow for me so when I saw that there was a wider fit I was ecstatic! Thank you!

Customer service-great job on resolution

We firstly received a pair of used shoes-shoes were laced up, several markings along the outer rubber border around shoe and on toe box, shoes came unwrapped, sitting on top of shoe paper. We called customer service, I asked for a manager after speaking with an agent, and they very rapidly provided a solution. We are impressed with the manner in which our issue was resolved and how quickly this was resolved. Idea for converse: provide a “gently used” section for people to purchase at half the cost or less, instead of sending a customer a used shoe and charging new shoe inflated price.

Website incorrect for sizing

Website told me these run big, to order 1/2 size down. The shoes a received were too small for my daughter. Had to be exchanged
