I use it to walk...I have flat feet and back problems. It is very comfortable and ease the shocks from walking on my back and knees. A little more arch support for those who have flat feet.

I bought these for dog walking primarily. I wear pumps all day at my job and needed something comfortable and quick to put on for the evening dog walk as soon as I get home. This is the IDEAL show for fast-paced walking that requires some fancy footwork between two large clumsy Labradors! Plus they wipe clean when muddy paws step on them. Worth every penny - hoping to order a 2nd pair in another color if still available.
