ConsInner Sole Is Wearing Out, Not Real Durable For Pric, Poor Arch Support, Poor Support / Stability, Wears Out Easily

I walk on cement all day in my work at a school. I find these are great for absorbing the shock of heel meeting cement. I like these shoes except the inner sole, after just one month, of wearing them seems to be wearing out. I also like how they look good with working clothes
