seams fray at sides

gave these shoes a second chance as my first pair was so comfortable but I encountered the same problem, the seams begin to fray after a short time and the company will not replace them . This is a defect that needs to be addressed. I will not purchase them again.

Had to order up a size yo a 12, because the 11's hurt my toes. The larger size are very comfortable so now I hope I can get all of the comfort they provide. They need black and white in 12
