I wore these all day yesterday without socks and they were very comfortable. The sock liner is nice and soft, and the only rubbing I had was on the ankle of my smaller foot. They should be perfect with socks. I didn't experience the cramped toes that others have reported - the toe box is rounded and to me it's comfortable. The leather appears to be good quality, with an attractive pebbly texture to it. Overall I'm very happy with these shoes.

I love Naturalizer Shoes but was disappointed with this pair. I always wear 8 1/2 in any style....this time they were too tight ... as if they were 1/2 size too small...my toes were cramped...not comfortable. Wish I could return them, but not expecting a problem, I discarded the box.
