Love the boots, but do not order online

I ordered these boots online a few weeks ago. They arrived in a timely manner. I tried them on and they were absolutely HUGE. I went to the store and exchanged them for a smaller size. When I went to check out, the cashier goes, "Oh wow. No wonder they felt huge!" She proceeded to show me that I had been shipped a size 9.5, when I ordered size 7.5. While I love the boots, I refuse to order anything else from their website.

Boots fit very true to size. Like the heel size - can wear casual with jeans or dressy with skirt or dress!
