After receiving these as a gift, I only had one issue with the material but the company promptly to care of my concerns. The shoes I received quickly as a replacement, were in nice condition and as comfy and warm as ever!

I got a pair of bearpaw for a Christmas present and after a few months the clasp broke and i emailed customer service and they replaced them and they arrived wirhin the week .
