I ordered an 8 which I usually wear in athletic shoes. These were a little long but the 7.5 felt too narrow. I have an old pair that I have been wearing for several years. They have poor arch support but are fine with a purchased sport insole. The soles keep me from knee injuries in Zumba with all the twisting movements.
