My husband loves these boots. He is a farmer/rancher and it is the only shoe he wears. He buys 2 pairs - one to work in and one for casual wear. They last a long time, are high enough to keep the hay out, and are comfortable. We spray them to be water resistant and they do fine getting wet and drying out and not cracking. He has given them to his dad and father-in-law and now they are the boots they buy for work also.

I have worn the H-itec altitude IV style shoes for several years all seem to last for a long time. a little snug in the width to start out but become more comfortable after a few days.
