Conssoles wear out fast
If hiking on a very nice trail or using them with snowshoes, the boots are fine. With any rugged or rocky surface the cleats of the soles tear off and wear very fast. The ALTITUDE IV soles don't wear good at all. the upper part of the boot is very good.

Been wearing these boots for work for about 10 years, typically get 2 years out of them. Light weight, comfortable, fiberglass shanks.
