I purchased these after foot surgery, because I needed a wide width. They fit adequately, however they are not extremely wide. I think they will be ok when I return to my job in the hospital, but haven't evaluated that at this point. The one thing I do not like is the gel heel insole. It can be felt on my heel when walking, & I hope that doesn't cause a blister.

Constoo small buy 1/2 size larger

I got my shoes and they were to narrow and to small. My husband toke them to a Famous shoe store and they replaced them with a pair that was a 1/2 a size larger. They fit perfect . So I think they run small. I wore them the next day for 12 hours, I'm a waitress so this is a good test. My feet were fine.
