This pair of shoes did not work for me. I am trying to return them, but I'm having trouble doing this. I get a message saying that the return center is undergoing maintenance.

I was hesitant about buying the Tirra sandals because I need great arch support and looking at these on the site, the arch support wasn't as evident as others. I went ahead and bought a pair and babes, these are the BEST sandals I've ever worn! I am hooked! The real test for me was how they would fit and feel while walking on the beach and on pavement. They surpassed my expectations. The heel shock absorber is a dream come true. The arch support happens as you break them in. My feet typically hurt like the dickens after a long walk on the beach and on pavement, but when I wear these, my feet absolutely don't hurt. I also love how adjustable they are. Keep up the good work, Teva!

I have an existing pair of blue Tierra and am very happy with them. The new pair I bought (multicolored beige stripe) fits well but the plastic loop that holds the ankle strap in place slips such that it is vertical to the sole. I am also concerned about the durability of the ankle strap from this "slippage." Time will tell. I am going to bring the sandals to a shoe repair shop to see if they can somehow anchor the plastic ring in place so it doesn't slip. My blue Tierra's do not have this issue.

Love - love - love these sandals - they have great arch support & can be adjusted with the Velcro straps for better size. They also clean up very well after the summer of wearing & sweating in them. They also have great colors to choose from & I personally have 5 of the colors in this shoe.
