This shoe is great for side to side moves and turns for Zumba classes. The mesh helps the feet to breathe. I ordered these because my other shoes were making my knees hurt. I no longer have this problem. I wore Rykas when I took Jazzeecise classes and am still a big fan of their product. I would prefer a little more cushion in the footbed, but so far, that had not been a problem.

This shoe would be good for a dancer or even a Zumba class. I returned them though. They weren't quite what I was looking for, a little too lightweight. Also, they don't come up very high on the ankle and it felt weird to on my foot. I couldn't see myself working out or walking around in these shoes. The size and width felt right (maybe a bit on the narrow side) but they are low cut. Rykas seem to all fit similarly, just not the brand for me!

I used to feel that I would fly off of the floor in my old shoes. These shoes are great for Zumba and help my confidence. I can move around well, but there is also the proper grip on the flooring. The shock absorbing powers are also much better than I ever expected.
