This is an elegant and comfy shoe -- most people would love it. I returned only because I did not care for the rhinestones on side strap, which is not my taste ... I mistakenly thought it was another version called Inspired - Heavenly which does not have the rhinestones. I am new to shop at Famous Footwear. I recently ordered 5 pair of shoes online and only returned this pair since not my taste. I'm quite impressed with the service and quality of my purchases -- and the staff at the Moorpark store -- GREAT!

Once again Famous Footwear has come through. I do like these shoes, third pair of black and fifth pair overall of this style. Comfortable for work, casual, and when they get old, I wear them for yard work or messy cleaning. Just plain old comfort! Ordered online from FFW, with free shipping and speedy delivery. Go to any store, and also get good service, but not pushy. Thanks
