I have used these shoes for kickboxing and strength training classes and they hold up. I also find that they are comfortable to run in.

I love Sketchers shoes and this did not disappoint. As a nurse, I spend a lot of time walking and standing during a 12 hour shift and these were comfortable from Day One. I also get lots of compliments for the bright and fun colors. Should have ordered two pairs!
