Great Zumba shoe

Consnot a huge fan of the way it looks
This shoe is great for Zumba. Has a little more traction than other shoes I have tried so great if the floors are more slippery which I have found at some gyms. Not the cutest shoe but very supportive.

Great for cardio kickboxing and interval training

I bought these for cross training and they are great for that purpose, especially lateral movement. They are light so I don't feel heavy jumping around, but they also provide enough support. They are great for low arches. However, they run long. If I put my insoles in, they fit well, but without the extra insoles they are too large to provide adequate support. Either size down or plan to wear inserts. Overall very pleased.

I am always a bit leery about trying a new style of exercise shoes, but my favorite assist xt was discontinued. So I gave these a shot and have never been happier. They are very lightweight, yet provide exceptional lateral stability and support for my aerobic and circuit training classes. I plan on buying a second pair since they just came out with a bunch of new colors. Well done Ryka! Please do not discontinue these for a very looooooong time!

I already had one pair of Ryka I loved. There only drawback Was lack of support for my Zumba clases. These have more support and performed perfect The first time I wore them to class!
