I use these for strength training, circuits, and Zumba. These shoes are lightweight and have a cushiony support. Love them!

When I took them out of the box my son said "those are so cool!". Super light weight; they do look awesome and feel just as nice. They have wonderful support for all those plyometric jumps you need to get through without costing you your knees.
