I like the fit, but the strap makes me nuts. Hits my foot in all the wrong places

Can pinch a little, maybe get a size larger, but nothing but compliments and the non-slip is wonderful!

I normally use these shoes to walk inside a hospital, so I walk A LOT. I just started using them two weeks ago, I can say they are comfortable, but not to be used for many hours. I can wear them for 3-4 straight hours but not more than that. The strap really starts bothering me after a while. Also, the width of the shoe is not as wide of my foot. The heel feels narrow. I just won't recommended as a truly conformable shoe to be on your feet for several hours.

Sizing not right.

Only getting 3 stars because all crocs iced ordered and kept are size 10. I ordered this shoe in size 11 and 10. They were obviously made in 2 different factories because the size 11 was way too big and the size 10 was way too small. Both or were returned. Size 10.5 not made so not an option to try. Quality good.
