Consunstable/hard to walk in
I find that the shoes were somewqhat wide. When i put them on with stockings that slip off at the heal.

Conspoor quality
I wore these shoes for the second time today. They are incredibly comfortable BUT the rubber heal fell off. My only option is to mail the shoes in and hope for a refund at my expense. These are beautiful shoes but I expect better quality. The rubber sole is glued to a plastic heel. Absolutely terrible.

Lovely shoe, faulty construction

I was so pleased to see how nice these shoes appeared when I opened the box! Within the first hour of my very first day of wearing them to work the brad (metal pin) that secures the decorative button and cross strap snapped VERY easily when I brushed against the strap. Most disappointing! Overall, a lovely shoe, great with trousers or skirts. Downside and reason I"m rating it lower overall is due to the faulty design on the cross strap/button.
