My boy loves these, he uses them in the snow as well as for ninja costumes. They fit perfect and should last a long time by the looks of it.

We have only had one little snowstorm to truly test these out, but so far we love them. My son is so picky with shoes, it is ridiculous. He loves these boots. His foot is a little wide, but not wide enough to have to buy shoes in a wider size. These give him enough room that he doesn't complain about not being able to spread his toes. The velcro is very strong and long enough for some good tight fits. They kept his feet warm and after playing outside he was not cold (he is always cold). They are a nice bright color. My son didn't want to take them off and has asked to wear them despite the fact that there is no snow. To me, that is the seal of approval from a 6 year old who hates to wear anything on his feet. Definitely recommend.
