My son goes through sneakers like crazy, regardless of the whether they are a top brand or a cheaper brand. When he asked me what brand they were he had never heard of LA Gear but when he saw them he thought they were really cool and liked the look of them. They appear to be well constructed, as good as any other brand I've bought, Nike, New Balance etc. Let's see how they hold up.

My son was just thrilled when his shoes arrived. They look great and feel comfortable. The shoe may run just a little small...I ordered a 1/2 size larger than he normally wears but were slightly smaller than than.
