I WOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN OR ONE WITH A VELCRO STRAP.

I use these crocs as my regular shoe. Glad to have this type for winter in Montana. I have a very wide foot and need this type of shoe. I do wish the strap on the back had velcro to open and close it and widen it or tighten it to help adapt to the swelling of my feet now and then. Comfortable.

ConsFlat inside unlike other Crocs., NO arch support!!!!
They are so completely flat inside unlike all my other Crocs. ALL my other Crocs support my arches & these do not at all. SO flat and I can feel my arches falling and aching!!!! LOVE my other Crocs but these remind me of a low-cost knockoff version of Crocs but these are not inexpensive. I was actually shocked when I looked inside these... what happened!?!? So disappointed...

This product definitely makes a world of difference on slippery floors in the kitchen workplace. I also love that they are easily cleaned (and sanitized, in this day and age). The one caveat is in regards to size; without the ankle strap, I can't wear them because they are slightly too long. I don't know if this is be cause there are no half-sizes, but I don't know if another style in the same size would have fit.
