This time is the first that I've bought Ryka shoes. I was a little concerned about the weight - seemed a little too light but they have been great for my jazzercise class. I will definitely try another pair for running - any suggestions as to what style???

I've only run with these shoes once so far. I injured my IT band after being told to buy stabilizing shoes for a pronation (that I don't actually have). I ran in Rykas in high school and college, so I am trying them out again in hopes to not have anymore injuries/pain. This specific shoe isn't exactly what I used previously, so I'm not sure if I will be as happy with it yet. The shoes that I originally picked out on Rykas website became out of stock about a week after I orderd them.

This shoe collects small rocks and other debris such as small sticks in the divisions of the sole. I have never had a running shoe that did this. It is very disconcerting and annoying to go clicking along a sidewalk and have sticks hanging over the edge of the sole. After running or walking, I have to remove the debris with a strong object i.e. a screwdriver upon arriving home. Please give me instructions on how to return these shoes to you since I wore them and do not have the box that they came in.
