This shoe is great for Jazzercise. It has good traction and good lateral stability. I have always gotten the higher top shoe so this has been an adjustment but it is working out just fine.

I have suffered from various foot problems for years making it very difficult to find shoes that are comfortable for long periods of time. This is my second pair of Ryka shoes, and I'm happy to say I can wear these shoes for hours without experiencing the pain other shoes would cause me.

I've had this pair for a month and am very pleased with it. Very comfortable to wear for my gym class, light and supportive. Not to mention it looks stylish as well!
