This shoe is so comfortable for walking. With the type of sole that is on this shoe, it felt like I was walking on marshmellows. I needed no break-in period. I walk 5 miles a day & it worked out well for me. I ordered 1/2 size up to accommodate my wider foot. My suggestion would be to make them in a wide width. I definitely would recommend them to my friends.

The cushioning and shock absorption in these shoes is incredible. The best I've found for HIIT and high-impact exercise, yet. Absolutely AWESOME! Highly recommend you order your true size.
