I am a Jazzercise addict and have been doing it for many years to stay in shape. I have tried many brands of shoes over that time. About two years ago I switched to Ryka. I thought I would give the Ambition a try, and to keep it short this is the best studio dance aerobic shoe I have ever had. Lots of cushion to protect from impact, along with sturdy construction for those lateral movements. I would definitely recommend this shoe for anyone doing dance aerobics such as Zumba or Jazzercise

These shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on. There was no "break-in" period. My exercise of choice is Jazzercise (yes it's still around and has evolved to include current trends in exercise). Two of our instructors have this style and recommended them so I thought I would try them out. I have wide feet and sometimes the toe box on shoes are too narrow for me. These shoes are so comfortable I feel like I'm walking on a cloud. I have already recommended this style to my friends.

These shoes have the best cushioning in an athletic shoe that I have experienced in a long time. I use them for walking and aerobic dancing. I even bought a second pair. They can't compare for comfort.

Walkers in the am and walkers at pm

ProsGood traction, Cushioning, Shock absorbing, Durable, they also grip bike pedals well.
I love love my Ryka walking shoes. They are like having a floating cushion under my feet as I walk with my husband every morning and every night. We walk a 13 minute mile in the morning for 4 miles and they are right there supporting me all the way. We walk for a slow 20 minute night walk under the stars. I also wear them during my 30 minute circuit training. They support all of my lunges. I have even worn them to church at the 4:00 service due to walking after church at the beach loop near our home. I will be purchasing another pair for summer!
