I lovely Ryka shoe. I own one prior to this and loved the arch pain and foot support when I teach my fitness classes. I loved it so much I wear it all the time and decided to get another. When I saw this type given that I am a fitness instructor I had to get it. I teach a variety of classes from kickboxing to strength training interval class to dance classes. I am very happy with my decision. Excellent fit , great foot support given that I have problems in the arches of my feet. If I was rich I would get more than one pair in that style.
I found these shoes recommended in Fit Pregnancy. Seeing that my other running shoes were of no support, I decided to try out Ryka. I am 100% pleased with new shoes and will be a Ryka customer from here on out!

I order Ryka shoes exclusively and have always been happy with the quality of the shoe - this one is no exception. The shoe is comfortable and lightweight. I do a lot of danced based aerobics and it provides good traction and ease of movement. My only complaint is that because of the mesh it does not have great side support when I make quick movements side to side.

Love ryka shoes, so was very excided to see them in a very hard to find size 5. Ordered them right away and when I got them there size 5 fit more like a 6 . Sad to say had to send them back and had to pay for the return. Love the shoes, hate they run big.
