Best sneaker for my condition

I have MS and my feet drag my feet. The fronts of my sneakers are ruined by this. These sneaks have held up the best and lasted the longest.

ConsNeed Break In

I got them for work because I needed non-slip shoes and they are cute but the back rubs against my heel no matter what socks I wear causing my skin to scrape off.

Good Work Shoe

I work in a grocery store, so I walk and stand for 6-8 hours straight on cement and linoleum flooring. These provide good support, grip, and cushioning, and formed to my feet nicely once broken in. The laces are a bit short, and could stand to have an extra 4" or so each for easier tying. However, they do stay tied all day once I do get them tied.
