Consnot the most fashionable
I bought this shoe after spending 7+ years in Crocs and those 'rocker' shoes (which never did tone up the jiggly bits - HA!). The stabilizing feature (which looks like something from Spider Man on the outsole) is amazing. I feel very balanced and connected to the ground. The laces stay laced, do not stretch out, and do not come undone during the day. My first pair lasted almost two years with daily use as a work shoe. Overall, a very good shoe!

ConsNot Supportive Enough
Women's Assist X2 was comfortable from the moment I put it on. I wish the same design was made with all leather, rather than having the over all mesh design. Would be more supportive for lateral movement side to side.

This shoe is perfect for my exercise needs. It provides great support and cushioning for high impact while being very light on my feet. I highly recommend this shoe.

Versatile shoe!

ProsLightweight, Breathable, stablizes foot
This is my second pair of Assists. I wear them daily for bootcamp, short distance running (5K or less) or Zumba. They work for all three. Fits my size 6 foot well. Comfortable toe box, snug in mid foot and heel. Less calf pain than than other brands I have tried.
