Shoes are ok a little too stiff but good support. They would work well with elliptical but not that good for aerobics.

These are working well for me, and I am thrilled! I have a high arch and a narrow heel, but my orthodics fit in these and I am thankful I can now workout with happy feet!

Consmesh fabric not leather
Well, I am old school and don't believe in shopping online. The economy is rough and instead of wasting alot of time going to store after store (and not finding what I like) I remembered years ago I bought rykas and loved them. Print of the foot measuring tool on the website, pay for ur shoes. I recd them within 2a business days. Love them. I will purchase another pair. Just wish they made shoes all leather again instead if using mesh. But I solids the mesh is solids to be better for your feet. Very satisfied customer!

Conscould be a little more cushioning
I LOVE this sneaker!! I prefer black sneakers as I wear black pants all the time and they also get dirty less easily. It is so hard to find all black sneakers without wild colors all over them so I was very happy to find these . I love the style with the mix of mesh and satin textures. They feel nice on, but (1) I would recommend buying 1/2 size up. I take an 8.5 and those shoes did fit, but they felt slightly tight after I had them on a while. The 9's were perfect and I am very happy with them. (2) They are not quite as cushiony as other sneakers, but they are still fine. Extremely light weight. I bought 2 pairs and may buy more because when you like something, you have to grab it then, because they will not make it forever. Personally, I hope Ryka will keep this shoe as a standard style offered within their main shoe line.
