this shoe fits great. very comfortable. i love ryka's shoes. haven't worn another brand in 15 years. when i found them i stopped looking anywhere else.

I walk a minimum of 45 minutes for my cardio. I began getting pain in the ball of my foot. Unknown to me, a sales rep sold me running shoes which raises the heal, forcing extra pressure on the ball of the foot. I spent hours on the internet to find the right walking shoe. Then I came across Ryka. I read the reviews and decided to give the Dash a try. I'm soooo glad I did. I have high arches and now have metatarsalgia. I added more arch support to the shoe and now it's magic. I knew immediately they would be perfect walking shoe for me. I just love these shoes.
This shoe has terrific support for me and I have high arches. Walked 6 miles on the first day I wore them - they were like walking on a cloud. Will definitely purchase again.
