Great shoes for fitness instructors

ProsLightweight, Good traction, Cushioning, Shock absorbing, Durable, Breathable
These shoes are true to size. They give great support for forward movement, and lateral movement, and support ankles well. I have worn this style for 4 years (replacing every 4-5 months as I teach 5 times a week) and am most pleased with them.

I have worn Rkya sneakers for the past 15 years and I would never go and by anything but. Great great great. Cannot live without them.

I found this shoe comfortable for the classes I take. Not a lot of support but seems to be working for me. I have horrible feet! litterally so it is hard to find a shoe that does the job I need,and so far this is doing just fine.

These shoes fit perfectly, they were true to size. I didn't need to break them in, just wore them to the gym. I love the support and the style. I would recommend these shoes for any type of workout!
