Great shoe...bad service

I thought the shoe was perfect. The lining was comfortable and it was a cute color; however, the shoe ran big. I'm dissapointed that when I finally received them after 10 days I couldn't get a different size because they were apparently sold out that quickly. It really discourages me from buying things online because now I'm out a pair of snow boots and I still was charged shipping.
