"Across the top of the foot is a bit uncomfortable. These should not be used for athletic activity. The sole is not supportive and is quite flexible. May be OK for treadmill or general walking. I bought the shoes for walking on the treadmill and wearing while doing circuit training at the gym. I used them also while stationary cycling. The shoe bends quite easily and that may be OK for walking (they are walking shoes). But if you need a thick sole to protect from impact, a regular training shoe will probably be better. The style is really cute and the color is perfect. It looks like most of the other athletic shoes. I'm not sure what causes the discomfort across the top of the foot. I will continue to use them. They may just need to be broken in."
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Not Supportive Enough
No, I do not recommend this product.
