"Hard to find the right size. I'm usually a 7, but my foot felt really squeezed in it. The 7 1/2 on the other hand was slightly too big, but I figured I could get the heel pads if they stretch too much so I went with the 7 1/2. Comfortable, padded bottom makes them easy to wear over a long period of time."
