"I have only worn these sneakers two times so far...once for kickboxing and once for zumba. In kickboxing, they kept my knees pretty stabile (I worry with twisting), yet the class content changes from class to class...so not sure how they will be for everything.. In zumba, they did not move well on the wood floor, my old bloch dance sneakers are much better. Too much traction for a dance shoe... I guess for a general cross training sneaker, they are good. I might add some suede to the bottoms of them, to make them more danceable. As far as fit goes, I am the same size for a nike running shoe, and a light training sneaker...so, size is consistent. I'll make use of them some way or other, as I really don't do zumba often."

"I bought these shoes because one of the reviews that I read said they were good for circuit training and Zumba. I do Zumba and Insanity so I needed a light shoe. The shoe is narrow so I have to wear thin socks but otherwise, it's light and true to size. I would definitely recommend them."

"These shoes are good for my Zumba classes. They weren't super-comfortable at first, but I think they must take some breaking in. Looking to buy hot pink laces to jazz these up, as they are a bit plain."

"This is my second pair of Musique. I bought the first pair for Zumba classes and found that they offer great lateral support for cardio kickboxing as well! They fit comfortably right out of the box with no 'breaking in' period. Did I mention they're stylish as well - love NIKE."

"I bought these shoes to be my run around everyday shoes. They have a very sleek/stylish look that helps to dress up yoga pants. I walk in them around the park as well and they are comfortable. I ran in them once because I failed to bring my running shoes and they felt stiff so I won't run in them again. But I don't believe they are intended to be running shoes. Overall I love these shoes and get compliments on them every day."

"I purchased these shoes after reading that they were recommended for Zumba. The shoes I had been wearing would "stick" to the floor, so I wanted shoes that were supportive, but would move freely during my class. These shoes are still a bit stiff, but I am hoping (and have read) that they will loosen up with time. Support is good, style is good. Thought I would like the color a little more than I do, but that's ok. Ordered a half-size larger than my usual 9.5 (also recommended); seems to be fine."

Nike Musique IVs in Zumba
"I'm a Zumba instructor with knee issues and a good shoe is paramount for class. These pretty much fit the bill. I've owned Rykas before and those were alright, but I heard several recommendations for these, so I tried them. To me, they're very supportive, but they seem a little tight and too stiff at first. I think maybe they need to be broken in more.
If you have a wide foot, I'd say these aren't for you. I rated them true to width, because I think my foot is average, not narrow and not wide. The size is probably just about right. I am in between a 7 and 7 1/2 in shoes. My Rykas were 7 1/2 and fit perfectly. I have Reeboks in both sizes that fit me. The 7 1/2 in this shoe may be just a teeny bit big on me, so it's probaly perfect for people whose feet are one exact size in most shoes, but it's fine. I think a 7 would be way too small. These are good for twisting and turning, but I teach on a very rough floor, and they could give a little more. If you do Zumba on tile or hardwood floors, these would probably work just fine. They do look great. I love the color. The top of the shoe did rub on my ankle and give me a blister, just on my left inside ankle (odd), but pulling my socks up a bit alleviated that. Nike needs to bring back the Shox with the pivot point on the bottom though!"
