"My son loved these sandals, and he can be very picky about his shoes. They fit comfortably and adjust easily. I think they will be great for walking/playing in the water while still protecting his feet. The material seems soft enough so that it won't rub and cause irritation. I would have liked to see drainage holes along the bottom edge (where the sole connects), but maybe the fabric will drain easily."
