"These are pretty pumps and they were meant to ONLY be admired, as they are most uncomfortable shoes I've worn. Needed them for a meeting and worn them same day, so as a result I'm unable to return them. If this was not the case, I would run to the store/mail to return. Needless to say, I could not focus during meeting, as the shoes were killing me softly!"

"I usually only purchase Carlos Santana shoes, but needed a plain pair of black heals, non open toe, for work. Steve Madden is a great brand. These are great looking, well made but the toe area is way narrow. I couldn't even stand in them right out of the box,
I will return them to the store and sure I will find something to replace them!"
