"I bought this model in both the Navy/Gray and the Brown. I wear a size 15 4E, so I'm limited in selection. Thankfully, New Balance comes through again. This shoe fits true to size. It is comfortable and good looking enough for everyday casual wear. Shoe still fits comfortably with orthotic inserts, as well. Will buy the 609 again when these wear out."

Cons: No Arch Support

"I have been purchasing New Balance 609 shoes from Famous Footwear for the last several years. It is very hard to find my size and width shoe anywhere else and they always stock my size. I have been buying the plain white shoes but decided to try a pair of the blue suede and a pair of the brown suede 609's. As usual, they fit great right out of the box and with BOGO how could I go wrong."
