"Sneakers are super cute and my daughter loved the colors but they were a size too large. We were going to hang on to them until she grew in to them but were eventually able to order them in a size smaller. It's been more than 30 days since I placed the original order, but under 30 days since we received the shipment so I am hoping that the store will let me return them."

"The shoe it self was very nice. My only pro lem was the fact that it came with a black cirlcle smudge on the white top of the rubber and it will not come off."

"Very cute and comfortable shoes for my daughter, but I ordered the wrong size. We'll see how easy the returns/exchange process is..... She's had converse before and used them non-stop for a year before wearing them out. I hope these last as well."
