    "I love the design and the weight. Feels like I am wearing a light weight track spike. I love ASICS shoes and these did not disappoint. I would recommend this shoe to anyone wanting a great trail running shoe. Great on sand, dirt, gravel and rocky service roads but also fine on flat surfaces too."
