"The shoe is really cute, but the heel was way too loose. I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear, the length was fine but when I stepped, my heel came out of the shoe."

"I absolutely love these shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have a high instep and they give great support to my arch. The only minor complaint I have is they do stretch as you wear them so I should have got a 1/2 size smaller."
