Women's Softie Med/Wide
It may be called the Softie, but this Skechers Work shoe is a toughie. Sure, the midsole is super cushioned and absorbs shock like nobody’s business--but its work-worthy features will keep you safe while on the job.

"This is my 2nd pair. They last forever. I work in a cafeteria in an elementary school, so I wear these 5 days a week for 9 months out of the year. The first pair that I purchased was 2 years ago and they are still in great shape. I purchased this pair, as a back up. Love these shoes."

"Shoe is heavy. I expected a more comfortable shoe. I was expecting a shoe where my feet weren't aching or hurting at the end of a day on a commercial concrete kitchen floor. I was disappointed. Still looking for a good, comfortable, cushy shoe that won't make my feet and calves ache at the end of a 8 1/2 hr. shift day!"

"I would say this is the best work shoe I have ever used. The support is great and I see no need for any additional she inserts. This is a well made shoe with good traction and comfort. I can stand in these all day and my feet still feel good. I highly recommend."

"This is a very comfortable, effective work shoe. I wear them 7 days per week, and I am on my feet all the time. Traction is good unless snow gets packed in the soles. Skechers does make work shoes that are lighter in weight, but you won't notice that when wearing this particular shoe. I do add an additional arch support as well. I'm not sure if it is needed or not...but I do add one."

"I had to get non-slip black shoes for culinary school. These shoes are fabulous for people who run around a kitchen/restaurant all day. They truly are non-slip because at school we'd step in batter, oils, soapy dish water, and I never slipped once. Also, they are wide so they don't pinch your feet anywhere and they are super comfy. I highly recommend them for cooks, servers, or anyone who spends hours on their feet at work!"
