"This are pretty nice sandals. They are a bit wide, but that works well for my feet. They don't seem as well made as Birkenstocks, so I don't know if they'll last as long. I've worn them 3 or 4 times with no breaking in time and so far so good. They're worth the sale price I got them for."

"I was looking for a pair of Birkenstock sandles when I came upon these Betula sandles by chance on Famous Footwear. I have several pairs of Betula sandles and have always enjoyed them. They are comfortable and long wearing. These sandles came at a very excellent price because there was only one pair left with this color on clearance! Good luck or what!!! Betula sandles are an off shoot of Birkenstock and give the appearance of Birkenstock sandles at a much lower price. Give them a try and I am sure you will like them."

"I ordered these sandals expecting them to be more like Birkenstock sandals...something I've worn for 30+ years. They were not. I don't really like them and they certainly will not get as much wear as my other Birkenstock type sandals."

"Don't let this "Licenced by Birkenstock" brand fool you. It is just as good as the original at a fraction of the price. I have wore Betula and Birkenstock both for over 10 years. I can't tell the difference in wear, comfort, or quality.
This style is much more stylish than the Arizonas I usually wear. The criss-cross style gives a nice snug fit but not too tight. I'm very pleased with my purchase."

"Really like these sandals. I only wear burks due to the comfort. I have had surgery on my foot and have to have support. These are cuter than just the straight across straps. The only complaint is they run a tad wide. I had to make another hole to tighten them up. They are great now!"

"There does not seem to be as much arch support in this shoe as there is in the Original Birkenstock. For me, the cushioning does nothing. - Like it is not there. Heel cup is great - just like Birkenstock in that aspect."
