"i am on my feet 12 hours a day working with a lot of short distance walking. keeps my feet cushioned especially when walking. i am hard on any shoe and this one seems to keep the inner sole with a spring all day! would buy again."

"This is my second pair of these Ryka's. I walk an average of 15 miles per week and these shoes have held up well! I do wish they had more padding in the toe area, as my toes go numb if I walk more than 4 miles at one time. I don't recommend these for running, I think they have great support but need more cushioning for running.

"This light-weight, but sturdy shoe is great for outside and treadmill walking. I bought my first pair a year ago, and it's still in great condition. The shoe fits my feet perfectly--I didn't have to break it in, I've never developed blisters, etc. I bought a second pair recently as a back-up."
