"I received these shoes on 3-5-2013 and after 2 days the blue toe part started peeling after my son's usage at daycare. You don't see a hole that exposes socks yet at this point.
I don't expect these shoes to last very long.
I may go for the Lightning McQueen black high tops those last much longer than these with wear and tear. Sorry Thomas the Train."

Cons: Chafes, Wears Out Fast

"Bought this twice and had to return twice. Once received tennis shoes with one of the lights weak and dim and at times not turning on which by the way kids love. Second time after 5 days of use the front rubber came unglued, go figure... what is going on with the quality. I wouldnt recommend..."

"I initially ordered these shoes for my son to wear with his train conductor Halloween costume. These shoes are surprisingly well made and I know we will get a lot of use out of these even after Halloween. My son is 2 1/2 and he loves wearing them. "I was impressed with these sneakers I purchased for my 2 year old grandson! They are very well made and perfect for a toddler who loves Thomas The Train. His facial expression was priceless when he saw them. We had to put them on him immediately. They fit him perfectly and they are so cute! Neither his parents nor I couldn't be happier with the shoes. We received the shoes sooner than expected too. What an added bonus! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these shoes to anyone who is considering buying them. This was my first on-line purchase from Famous Footwear and I would definitely consider purchasing items from them again."
