"I originally ordered these boots online. They arrived in slightly damaged condition. They looked like they had been worn and had red dye stains scattered. I exchanged in store and LOVE them. Wouldn't order online through this company again."

"The boot runs smaller than most, I definitely recommend ordering a 1/2 size larger than normal; may still be a bit tight/narrow at first but will stretch a little to fit. The leather quality isn't the highest, but they are stylish and for the price I am very satisifed. I love the color and it is not always to find stylish boots in this color."

"I got these when they were on sale and got a great deal for the quality. They are good to dress up or down and I like the tiny wedge. i have thin legs and they are a bit wide on the top but I just poked another hole in the belt and they look great! I would buy these in black also if I find them!"

"I was looking for brown wedge real leather boots and I am so glad I chose these. They are very comfy and very sturdy forwalking in (I don't feel as if I might topple over). They were a little lighter in color than I planned but I spray all my shoes with a silicone protector and it made them a little bit darker so they are now the perfect cognac color. I normally wear a size 8, but I know that with Steve Madden boots I wear an 8 1/2 so that's what I ordered and the fit is perfect. The leather is nice, stitching is good, very good quality. I have received many complements on them. I wish I could wear them with everything!"

"When I paid for Steve Madden's, I expected high quality. When they arrived, the leather was cracked and dry and there is dried glue on some of the seams. I tried moisturizing the leather, this had no influence on how it looks. In fact, it made the boot look worse until everything was absorbed. From far away, you can't see the cracks or dryness but up close, they look so cheap. They are also very tight compared to other shoes I have from Madden."
Cons: dry, low quality, tight

"They are true to color and go great with anything. The wedge heel and buckle back are the high style depicted. They are comfortable enough to wear everyday. I would recommend to anyone. I wore the first time in the rain. The rain spots disappeared as soon as they dried."

"these are my very favorite boots ever -- when my old pair wore out after three years of nearly constant wear, I asked for new ones - the exact same ones! they go with everything. they do need to be waterproofed - my old ones stained easily with rain, etc. and i always get a size larger than usual because until the leather stretches and molds to your foot, it's bit tight with socks and such."
